This performance of Umoja by Valerie Coleman almost didn't happen. The year we quarantined was also the year the high school orchestra was supposed to provide a performance at graduation. The chamber group started preparing in February, and continued working during quarantine. In May, my band colleague and I collected their videos and put them together to create a video was used in the graduation.
